WASTE WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM

Construction of an underground wastewater drainage system with a diameter of 300mm - 800mm passing through factories to collect wastewater and bring it to a treatment station with a capacity of Q=4,000m3/day located in a geographical location. low (North) of the industrial park.

Wastewater after the treatment station meets class A standards (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) and is discharged into ditch B2000 and leads to Suoi Da, the starting point of Cai Be stream, and leads to Song Be.

Binh Phuoc Housing Business and Investment Joint Stock Company would like to respectfully inform customers/investors of preferential prices when renting land in Dong Xoai III industrial park.

1.COSTS OF COMPENSATION RELEASE AND INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT

LAND RENTS

From 30 USD/m2/land lease term, this price applies to all cases (one-time payment method for the entire investment term)

RENTAL TERM

Until 2066

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment according to a flexible schedule is agreed between both parties: depending on the customer, the payment method can be negotiated. Suggested payment methods are as follows:

- Stage 1: Pay a deposit equivalent to 20% of the land rental value immediately upon signing the Land Holding Agreement.

- Phase 2: Continue payment to Party A of 30% of the rental value. when the lessee receives the Investment Registration Certificate or 30 days from the date of signing the contract, whichever comes first Party B

- Phase 3: The lessee further pays Party A 45% of the land rental value on the date of land handover.

- Phase 4: At the time Party A announces the date of receipt of the Land Use Rights Certificate, Party B continues to pay Party A 5% of the land rental value. This is the final payment for the rent.

2.INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT FEE

0.044 USD/ m2/ month. Infrastructure management fees will be adjusted every 3 years according to market prices. The above fee does not include VAT (10%)
